- **The UI opens in the installation's language**: install with `SPITFIRE_LANG=tr` and the UI opens in Turkish (even if your browser is English); with `en`, in English. A user who switches the language in the top menu keeps their choice. An update without a language keeps the earlier installation's. On Helm: `controller.uiLang`.
Updating
Your installation tells you about a new release itself: admins see its notes and the update command for that installation at the top of the UI. The command backs up the database first and keeps the settings (Updating). You can also follow new releases with the RSS feed.
