- **Cleaner screens**: long explanations no longer sit on screen; click the orange **i** next to the heading to open them. An **i** you have not read yet pulses gently and stops once opened. Warnings, errors and status stay visible.
- **First setup screen**: the intro and where to find the setup code are behind the orange **i**; the commands shown have a **copy** button.
- **Install notes to a file**: when the install finishes, the installer asks whether to save the important lines it printed (address, setup code, uninstall command…) to a log file. Leave the path empty to save under `logs/` in the Spitfire folder; it tells you where it saved.
- **Uninstall note**: the closing text now says "to delete the data too, add `--purge` at the end" (`-Purge` on Windows).
Updating
Your installation tells you about a new release itself: admins see its notes and the update command for that installation at the top of the UI. The command backs up the database first and keeps the settings (Updating). You can also follow new releases with the RSS feed.
