- **Stronger passwords**: new passwords need at least 8 characters with an upper-case letter, a lower-case letter, a digit and a special character (letters of any alphabet count). The first-admin, add/edit user, reset and change password screens show a list under the password box; each rule turns green as you type, missing ones stay red. The server enforces the rule too. Existing passwords and LDAP/SSO accounts are not affected.
Updating
Your installation tells you about a new release itself: admins see its notes and the update command for that installation at the top of the UI. The command backs up the database first and keeps the settings (Updating). You can also follow new releases with the RSS feed.
