- A local `spitfire run` now needs a license key; a free key is enough. The key is tied to the machine, or in CI to the repository: `spitfire license` prints the ID and the free key link with it filled in, and `spitfire license set <key>` keeps the key for later runs.
- In CI (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Bitbucket) the ID is the repository's and stays the same on every run; give the key with the `SPITFIRE_LICENSE` secret. Paid keys work on any machine.
Updating
Your installation tells you about a new release itself: admins see its notes and the update command for that installation at the top of the UI. The command backs up the database first and keeps the settings (Updating). You can also follow new releases with the RSS feed.
