- Report the error: a page's server error box, the error notice and the error page have a Report button. It opens the Desktik support portal in a new tab, signed in with your usespitfire.com account, with a new ticket filled in with the error message, its code, the page, the time, the Spitfire version, who reports it and the browser; read it and press Send. Nothing is sent by itself.
- Without internet access no tab opens; a notice says to sign in to app.desktik.com with your usespitfire.com account from a connected device and open the ticket there, and shows the filled-in text to copy. Docs: Troubleshooting → Report the error.
Updating
Your installation tells you about a new release itself: admins see its notes and the update command for that installation at the top of the UI. The command backs up the database first and keeps the settings (Updating). You can also follow new releases with the RSS feed.
