Spitfire 0.69.0 release notes
Released: 2026-11-01latest
- Wallboard: the Dashboard's Wallboard button opens a page with no menu that fills the screen; with Full screen the team watches one TV or projector. At the top runs running, runs in 24 hours, 7-day pass rate, monitors up, open incidents, 24-hour uptime and runners; below, up to 4 running runs each in its own panel (elapsed/planned time, VUs, requests/s, p95, error rate, charts of the last 5 minutes' requests/s and per-second p95), or the last 8 runs when nothing runs; beside them one tile per synthetic monitor, down ones first.
- The page refreshes by itself (runs every second), hides the cursor and the buttons when the mouse rests, keeps the screen awake where the browser supports it and grows its text with the screen width; a dropped connection is shown at the top. It shows what the signed-in user can see: a user with the user role is suggested for a TV. Docs: Runs and results → Wallboard.
- Shared crosshair: while the mouse moves over one of a run's charts, all its charts draw a vertical line at the same second and show their values there; the p95 and error rate at the second the request rate dropped are visible at a glance. The same on the comparison pages, a test's trend charts and the wallboard's run panels. The wallboard has the "?" help button too.
Updating
Your installation tells you about a new release itself: admins see its notes and the update command for that installation at the top of the UI. The command backs up the database first and keeps the settings (Updating). You can also follow new releases with the RSS feed.
