- Monthly SLA report: the Monthly SLA card on the Synthetic monitoring page shows each monitor's SLA over the chosen calendar month (good checks / checks that ran), Met/Breached against its target, the outage minutes and the minutes the target allows; e.g. a 99.9% target over a 31-day month allows 44.6 min.
- A PDF for your client (with the workspace's branding, incidents, the worst day, locations, the month before) and a CSV download in one click. Checks skipped for maintenance are not counted; with several locations a round goes by majority (a tie is good).
- Days are rolled up into totals and kept 400 days, so past months' SLA survives a short check retention (7 days on Free). New monitor.monthly channel event: the report of the month that ended goes out once on the 1st at 09:00; a "send now" button on Integrations. Docs: Scheduling and monitoring → Monthly SLA report.
Updating
Your installation tells you about a new release itself: admins see its notes and the update command for that installation at the top of the UI. The command backs up the database first and keeps the settings (Updating). You can also follow new releases with the RSS feed.
