- **Living baseline**: Spitfire now learns each synthetic monitor's own normal and spots drift without you setting a threshold. A new card on the monitor's page compares the last 24 hours' p95/p50 duration and error rate with the 7 days before ("p95 24% above its baseline") and shows which step moved. The dashboard's **Always-on watch** card lists the monitors that left their normal.

Updating
Your installation tells you about a new release itself: admins see its notes and the update command for that installation at the top of the UI. The command backs up the database first and keeps the settings (Updating). You can also follow new releases with the RSS feed.
